That’s why we now offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked 7-day return and refund policy , because your satisfaction matters most to us.

1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

You can return any product within 7 days of delivery, for any reason, provided it meets the conditions below.

1.1 Eligibility for Return & Refund

✔ Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
✔ The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags & packaging intact.
✔ Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and quality checked.

1.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Prefer a different size or product instead of a refund? We’ve got you covered.

2.1 Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in original condition (unused, unwashed, tags intact).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2.2 Exchange Process

  • If available, we’ll ship the exchange item within 3–7 working days.

  • If unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit , your choice.

3. NON-ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & REFUND

We may not be able to accept your request if:
❌ The return/exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.
❌ The product is used, damaged (other than in transit), or missing tags.
❌ Clearance sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible.
