At Truebrands, we are building a smarter way to move fashion inventory — connecting high-quality stock with real demand through data, speed, and sharp sourcing. We’re looking for a Sourcing Merchandiser for Menswear who can think like a trader, act like a dealmaker, and operate with strong commercial instinct. This role is core to building our supply engine from scratch..

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new brands & apparel manufacturers.
• Conduct supplier analysis (credibility, pricing behavior, stock quality, consistency).
• Evaluate stock through design analysis, trend relevance, and commercial viability.
• Perform stock analysis and verification (quantity, quality, assortment depth).
• Understand demand potential of available inventory.
• Determine selling price, margins, and expected volumes.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and deal structures.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with suppliers to maintain consistent sourcing

Eligibility: 1–4 years experience in fashion merchandising / sourcing / buying / trading Strong understanding of menswear categories High commercial awareness — ability to judge what will sell and at what price Good communication skills Prior experience with B2B trading is a strong plus
